AMS Insurance Management Services Limited is the insurance specialist arm of the Group located in the BVI and was established in 1995 following the enactment of the Insurance Act, 1994 and the Insurance Regulations, 1995 in the territory.
During the course of 2005 we expanded our operations to Nevis with the establishment of AMS Insurance (Nevis) Limited following similar legislation in the domicile with the Nevis International Insurance Ordinance, 2004.
The insurance division is based within the Group's Head Office in the BVI and provides a range of services to the companies under our management in both Nevis and the BVI.
